Our Anthem Highlands main floor remodel re-imagined the popular Dillon floorplan in this sought after Broomfield neighborhood. This floor plan is a bit of a neighborhood staple, in fact, we’ve now remodeled this exact floor plan in three unique ways for three different families. In this particular remodel, we took the load bearing support out between the kitchen and family room, opening up a once closed off space. This allowed us to remove the boomerang shaped island with stepped-up bar height seating.

We loved this white, navy and natural walnut color scheme. To keep the spaces connected, we replaced flooring throughout the main level and connected the dining room to the kitchen by adding navy wainscot on the back wall.

The fireplace in this home was located on the exterior wall. In order to give the homeowners custom built-ins, we re-located the fireplace and added new windows where the fireplace once sat. We’d argue that it should have been this way the whole time!
